I can confidently report that my experience with Josh and the crew has been supreme! We had a sewage disaster in our house on Tuesday. I contacted Precise Plumbing and Drainage on the same day. My issue was resolved by midday Wednesday! Josh has been exemplary! Polite, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. You boys are a true asset to our Weston Creek community! Ps. Josh was recommended to me through a colleague, and did a vanity, toilet and shower fitting install. He was flexible, easy to communicate with and did an exceptional job of the bathroom. Would highly recommend Josh and his team to anyone looking for plumbing works.
Josh was very responsive & reliable. He showed up when he said he would & replied to my phone call & texts very quickly. I was very impressed with his professionalism & skills. He diagnosed the problems with my toilet & shower very quickly & fixed it straight away. Josh is definitely on my call back list & I highly recommend him for all plumbing work.
Tim came out and replaced my gas hot water system with an instant hot water system. He ran a new water line to the kitchen tap. What a lovely young man. Knowledgeable and very pleasant. He was quick and cleaned up his mess. Affordable. Highly recommended.
